This website is managed by Lamero. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lamero. Lamero created this website for you the user to whom, by using and purchasing the products, accepts all our terms, conditions & policies attached with our store.

We reserve our right to update/ change and add tools to our website and any of our terms & conditions. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Our store may transfer information of the user encrypted to third party apps in order to bring the most phenomenal and consumer friendly experience. The transfer of unencrypted data does not include credit card information as credit card information is stored by showpieces firewall, therefore, safely encrypting your credit card information.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall encrypting your information and assuring the safety of your personal data.
If you choose to use the direct payment and not a third party app then, your data will be stored by Shopify's database. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We do not guarantee that your screen will display the color of our products accurately.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, services or information will be at every user's standards. We cannot guarantee that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Our products typically require 2-5 business days to be processed and shipped. If the product is anticipated to have a delay then the user will be emailed about the delayed times. Please note we are unable to ship to P.O. box, APO or FPO addresses. All orders with a P.O. box, APO or FPO address will be cancelled.
We will email you with updates and tracking information once your order has shipped. In an event that a product is out of stock or backordered, our customer service team will contact you.
Lamero is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier. All items purchased are charged sales tax to the according state.
Returns & Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All details about an item will be enclosed in the description with photos that every user can zoom-in. If a damage or blemish was not disclosed in the description, we will accept returns within 7 days of receiving the item. Otherwise, we reserve the right to decline returns. Please reach out to email@example.com should there be any issue with your item.
Upon arrival of the product, the product will be inspected by our team; we will act accordingly to the customer's request. If the customer has asked for a return and has included all the necessary parts of the product they will be refunded and receive the funds in between 5-10 business days after the inspection.
